its sad that it arrived 2 months and 2 weeks after (in canada) I asked the refund literally few days after the bag arrived by magic I dont know if they forgot the bag somewhere but the tracking wasnt working etc but the awesome shop gave a refund without any problem, big good bag good for cats that are 14lbs hahaha
